Mobile app licensing

The EventaPulse mobile app is licensed (not sold) to you. Your use of the iOS and Android apps is governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, which is the default EULA Apple applies to apps distributed via the App Store.

For Android (Google Play and direct APK install), the same terms apply by reference, adapted to the platform of distribution.

Ticket purchases

EventaPulse operates as a marketplace connecting event-goers with independent event organizers in Cyprus. When you purchase a ticket through the app:

• You enter a direct contractual relationship with the event organizer, who is the seller and provider of the event.
• EventaPulse acts as a technical facilitator and payment intermediary, not as the event provider.
• Refund eligibility, event changes, and cancellations are governed by each organizer's published terms at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, whose consumer terms also apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell tickets purchased through EventaPulse without organizer consent.
• Submit false event listings, fake reviews, or fraudulent content as an organizer.
• Attempt to bypass ticket verification, scan multiple times with the same QR code, or otherwise circumvent entry controls.
• Use the app to violate any Cyprus or EU law, including consumer protection, tax, or anti-fraud regulations.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or that Stripe flags as fraudulent. Organizers may have payouts frozen pending investigation in cases of chargeback abuse or event misrepresentation.

Disclaimers

EventaPulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that events listed will take place as described — that responsibility lies with the event organizer. We make commercially reasonable efforts to verify organizer identity but do not warrant any specific event experience.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus and EU law, EventaPulse Ltd's liability for any claim arising from your use of the app or services is limited to the amount paid by you through the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Nicosia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your non-waivable consumer rights to bring claims in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
