Common questions

Where's my ticket?

Tickets are delivered instantly to the email you used at checkout and also appear in the My Tickets tab of the app. Check your spam folder if you can't find the email. Still missing? Email info@eventapulse.com with your order number.

How do refunds work?

Refund eligibility is set by each event organizer at the time of listing — you'll see the policy on the event page before you buy. For cancelled events, organizers issue refunds through Stripe, which take 5–10 business days to appear. For partial issues (event changes, wrong tier, etc.), email us and we'll mediate.

I'm an organizer — how do I get paid?

Payouts run through Stripe Connect. After your first event, expect funds to land in your bank account 7 days after the event date. For full payout schedules and KYC requirements, see the Payouts tab in the organizer dashboard.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes all your data after a 90-day grace period (kept for dispute resolution). Or email info@eventapulse.com and we'll do it manually.

Is EventaPulse only for Cyprus?

Yes — for now. We're focused on building the best event discovery experience for Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, and Ayia Napa first. International expansion comes later.
